We have a 7-day return window for all items on our site and (excluding items discounted .
All Items being returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions or may be subject to denial:
- Items must be unwashed.
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must be in original packaging.
- Items with pilling may be subject to denial.
- Items with markings or other stains will not be accepted.
- Items with strong odors, such as smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
- Accessories such as jewelry, caps, bottles bags cannot be exchanged
Refunds
MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED
Item Missing from your order / Received a Damaged item / Received an incorrect item
If you’ve received an incorrect item, missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please submit an email with proven pic to our email [email protected].
(note this must be done within 48 hours of you receiving the order)
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Out-of-Stock Exchanges
If the desired exchange product is out of stock, you have to select another item
How to return a products?
- Send us an email to [email protected] with proven pic and desired exchange product within 48 hours.(we respond you within 48 hours)
- After you sent the email one of our delivery member will come to pick your order.(it is totally free of charge) and we will give your new order.
- If the desired exchange product is out of stock you have to try another item.
